What if I have an accident but don’t get a police report?
➡️ Insurance will not cover the damage—you’ll be fully responsible.
Do I have to pay if the accident wasn’t my fault?
➡️ No, as long as you provide a valid police report confirming that.
Can I add a second driver?
➡️ Yes, for an additional fee. The second driver must meet the rental requirements.
What if someone hits the car while it’s parked?
➡️ Call the police and get a report. Without one, insurance won’t cover the damage.
Can I drive outside Bulgaria?
➡️ Yes, but only to Greece and Romania, and only with our prior approval and additional fee.
➡️ Traveling to other countries without permission is a violation of the rental agreement.
What should I do if the car is stolen?
➡️ Contact the police and us immediately.
➡️ You must provide the police report and return the keys and documents. Without them, insurance is invalid.
What happens if I return the car with damage and haven’t reported an incident?
➡️ This will be treated as a contract violation. You’ll be charged the full cost of the damage.
What if damage is caused by something out of my control (e.g. falling tree, storm)?
➡️ This is covered—but only with an official report from the police, fire department, or other authority.
Who pays for roadside assistance?
➡️ If it’s due to a mechanical issue, we cover the cost.
➡️ If it’s caused by driver error (e.g. accident, wrong fuel), the renter covers it.
What if I put in the wrong fuel?
➡️ That’s considered driver error. All resulting costs and towing are your responsibility.
